IELTS is an language assessment exam which mainly checks your ENglish ability . It has nothing to do with your general knowledge . Therefore , whether it’s difficult or easy , it all depends on your English level .

Yes you can ! Simply go on candidate login session on either IDP or British council website and fill the details .
You can re appear in the exam anytime .

Yes you can apply within six weeks of exam date by paying the fees online or offline .
No , Your score can either be increased or will remain same .
Yes , both IDP And British council refunds the full amount if there is a change in score .
There is no such limit . You can appear as many as times you want .
You can do so at least five weeks before the test date . Afterwards you will receive the refund . However if you cancel after 5 weeks of the exam date , you will be charges full fees . Which means no refund .
In IELTS exam you are suggested to use pencils only .
